What we store

The event details you submit: name, description, dates, venue, city, links, and graphic. Also your contact email, which is never shown on the site.

Who can see it

Event details are public once an admin approves them. Your email is visible only to site admins.

Visitors

We count views and outbound clicks for each event, once per visitor per day. We use no cookies and we do not store IP addresses.

Services we use

The site runs on Cloudflare. The spam check on the submit, report, and new link forms is Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at your browser to tell people from bots. Only those forms load it. Emails to organizers are sent through Resend.

Your edit link

We store your private link encrypted, so our emails can include it. The key that unlocks it is kept apart from the database.

Deleting your listing

Ask and an admin permanently deletes your event's name, description, graphic, email, and notes. A record with no personal data stays so our counts stay accurate: month, type, city, audience, views, and clicks. Backups are removed after at most 30 days.
